Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used the RocketTools Pica app in connection with Facebook and want to request deletion of your associated personal data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send a deletion request email
Send an email to dan@rockettools.io with the subject line:
Include the following information
In the body of your email, please include:
- • Your full name
- • The email address linked to your Facebook account
- • Your Facebook profile URL (if available)
We process your request
Once we receive your request, we will locate any personal data associated with your Facebook account stored by RocketTools and delete it from our systems, except for any data we are legally required to retain.
Confirmation within 30 days
We will confirm completion of the deletion request by email within 30 days of receiving your request.
